I hereby certify that I will comply with the following standards as listed below in using the AlpacaMark® Licensing on products sold through my company. Please check each compliance standard to indicate your agreement. Thank you.
A. For Wholesalers, Retailers Only: (1 through 6)
1. Fiber (%) percentage of each garment adhere strictly to content as listed on the label, hang tags, tickets, and/or with any other marketing or advertising materials.
2. All written material used on labels, hangtags, tickets, and with any other medium such as print advertising, internet advertising, audio and/or visual tools as well as other marketing or advertising programs must state (%) percentage of natural fibers in clothing.
3. Products must show clear, written information in full visual view of Buyer with (%) percentage of fiber content being clearly displayed on labels, hangtags, written tickets, and/or marketing or advertising information, pamphlets or displays.
4. Business entity has completed a minimum of three years experience in the alpaca product and/or clothing business.
5. Business entity shall participate actively in the continuing training and education of employees in said alpaca product field.
6. All products bearing the AlpacaMark® Licensing are made from at least 51% alpaca fiber.
B. For Manufacturers Only: (1 through 8)
1. Fiber (%) percentage of each garment adhere strictly to content as listed on the label, hang tags, tickets, and/or with any other marketing or advertising materials.
2. All written material used on labels, hang tags, tickets, and with any other medium such as print advertising, internet advertising, audio and/or visual tools as well as other marketing or advertising programs must state (%) percentage of natural fibers in clothing.
3. Products must show clear, written information in full visual view of Buyer with (%) percentage of fiber content being clearly displayed on labels, hang tags, written tickets, and/or marketing or advertising information, pamphlets or displays.
4. Business entity has completed a minimum of three years experience in the alpaca product and/or clothing business.
5. If animal skins are used in certain alpaca fur products, I confirm that I use animals that have died from natural causes only.
6. All alpaca fiber used in making alpaca fiber products is sheared from live animals only.
7. If synthetic content will be used in products, these products cannot be sold with the AlpacaMark® Licensing identification.
8. All content is made of pure, natural fibers and/or made in whole or substantially part of alpaca fibers not less than 51% alpaca fibers. Alpaca may be blended with other natural fibers such as pima cotton, wool, and silk or other designated fibers.

PART VIII: LICENSING Proprietary Rights.
I understand that the rights of AlpacaMark® are proprietary and shall remain the exclusive property of AlpacaMark®. The Manufacturer or Business Entity shall have no right or interest therein or with respect thereto. The Manufacturer or Business Entity shall not cause or allow anyone to use directly or indirectly the Licensing mark ALPACAMARK®, or any simlar trade name, Licensing mark, trademark, or copyright work. AlpacaMark® labels, stickers, hang tags, or any printed, visual or audio material may not be reproduced or simulated without authorization.
